The apartment was convenient base for sightseeing in Le Mans, enjoyed it. The host made me feel at home. I could use ironing facilities, a study table, and a radio, free Wi-Fi. Food for breakfast was fine! I didn't want to leave and do recommend the property.

the location was great to reach most places in le mans. also, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from city centre. had a bath. everything was simply perfect.

We were impressed by the good TV and kitchen equipment, as well as the added bonus of TVs in each bedroom. the bathroom was a good size, with a great shower, and there was plenty of storage space and hangers for our belongings. the easy access on the 1st floor and garages at the back were convenient as well. The property had everything we needed, and the owners were lovely and very helpful throughout our stay. Cons: Everything was spot on. 👌.

I chose this hotel for attending a convocation as it is conveniently located only 300 meters from the Culture and Convention Centre of Le Mans. The facilities provided were satisfactory and made my stay comfortable without any major issues.
